  • Pollescas receives commendation from SBMA

    Subic EnerZone Corporation (SEZ) VP and General Manager Dante Pollescas recently received a certificate of commendation from the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) for providing technical assistance in restoring the communication, navigation and surveillance function of the Subic Bay International Airport (SBIA) last July 16.

1.   What happens to my bill if I pay after the due date? 

Accounts paid after due date will bear a surcharge or penalty of 2% per month which is added on your next bill.

2.   When will my line be disconnected after I receive a red bill?

We will disconnect electric power service to your premises unless full payment is made on your total overdue accounts as of the time of payment within 72 hour from receipt of the red bill. 

3.   Can the meter readers and/or lineman accept my payment in behalf of SEZ?

No, SEZ meter readers and /or linemen can not accept payment in behalf of Subic EnerZone.

4.   What is the purpose of my load deposit?

The load deposit required from customers by distribution utilities of new and/or additional service equivalent to the estimated billing for one month is to guarantee payment of your monthly bills. It shall bear interest at 2% per annum, which will be applied to your account annually. The amount will be refunded upon your request after the meter is retired.

5.   What are the requirements for reconnection of service?

You have to pay in cash your total unpaid accounts plus a load deposit equivalent to your (1) one month bill before you can apply for power reconnection.
