Scope of works are the ff.: a.) installation of columns; b.) fabrication and installation of rafters, beams, and girders; c.) installation of reused roofing sheets with insulations, flashings, and gutters; d.) concreting of parking slabs; e.) concreting of additional driveway; f.) concreting of gutter; g.) painting works; and h.) clearing and grubbing.

The said project was designed by Arch. Anselmo S. Ferrazzini and is being handled by AINA Construction Company.
